Board of Assessment Review

The Board of Assessment Review consists of five City residents who meet once a year for a minimum of one day starting on the second Tuesday in February to review complaints on assessments. Members serve for a five-year term and are required to attend a one-day training session prior to serving. Knowledge of local property values and/or general knowledge of the City are very helpful.
