ACH Enrollment Plan

The City of Watertown offers an ACH Direct Debit Payment Plan for its Refuse Tote bills and Water & Sewer bills.  

This is a free and easy program that allows the City to electronically deduct the amount of the bill from a customer's bank account on the due date.  It saves time and helps to avoid past due payments and service interruptions.

Enrollment Process 

Complete the  ACH Enrollment Form for either the Refuse Tote account, Water & Sewer account or both by providing the appropriate account number(s).

Mail it to City of Watertown, 245 Washington Street, Room 203, Watertown, NY 13601 or place in the City Hall Drop Box located at the Sterling Street entrance to the building. 

Be sure to attach any necessary documents.
