The City is soliciting applicants for the vacant part-time City Court Judge position, which has recently been established by the State Legislature to serve at ¼ of a full-time judgeship.

Interested persons must:

• Be a State and City resident; and

• Be an attorney admitted to practice in the State for a minimum of five (5) years. 

Appointment to the position is by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, and is for a term of six (6) years. 

Qualified applicants are asked to submit a resume and accompanying letter of interest to the address shown below by the end of business on January 12, 2026.
