No. The sidewalk restrictions are not intended to prohibit the use of wheelchairs or other mobility devices used by individuals with disabilities. Federal disability laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), generally permit the use of these devices to provide individuals with equal access to public spaces. The City’s e-bike and scooter regulations are directed at recreational and transportation devices, not mobility aids used because of a disability.
