Administrative staff support the Water Department through record keeping, invoice processing, and billing for services rendered, including but not limited to: quarterly and monthly water/sewer bills for all City properties, labor and material bills, sludge hauling to the City’s Water Resource Recovery facility, and for water and sewer usage for neighboring areas that utilize our services.
We are the primary interface between the Watertown community and the inner workings of the Water Department, and we work to support our community by providing information and answering questions wherever and whenever possible. We schedule readings for transfers of both tenancy and ownership, as well as appointments for many meter-related services available through the Water Department’s Distribution subdivision.
