As a convenience for our customers, the City of Watertown now offers online eCheck, credit card (VISA, Mastercard and Discover), and debit card payments for the following types of bills:

(eCheck - functions just like a paper check, but is simpler and faster. Anyone with sufficient funds in their account can use it - enrollment is not required, but as always, monitor your account balance: an electronic check can be returned for insufficient funds (bounce) just like a paper check)
NOTE: A nominal convenience fee will be charged for this service, and it will be clearly indicated for your review before approving any payment (2.85% + $.28 per transaction on Debit or Credit; for eCheck it is a flat $2.50 per transaction)
*** Important message to our current ACH users ***
If you are already enrolled in the ACH Program (automatic bank draft) for your Refuse Totes or for your Water/Sewer Bill and and wish to pay via another method, please call the Department of Public Works at (315)785-7842 for refuse totes or the Water Department at (315)785-7757 for water/sewer bills to either temporarily or permanently opt out of the ACH Program.
Please note that payments via phone are not accepted.
