The Examining Board of Plumbers consists of four volunteers, one of which is a City employee and three are Licensed Master Plumbers, all of whom have accepted such appointment made by the Mayor. The board's responsibility is to oversee the examination and testing of individuals desiring to become Licensed Master Plumbers in the City of Watertown.
