Our goal is to continue fostering good public relations, through education by way of informational pamphlets, publications in the newspaper, and the preparation and distribution of an annual report.
An Annual Drinking Water Quality Report is compiled annually with information and statistics about the quality of water produced and delivered by the department.
Copies are mailed or otherwise delivered to all consumers and are also available in the administration office.
Residential water bills are issued quarterly (every three months) on the first of the month and commercial and industrial bills are issued monthly on the first of the month.
Bills are due upon receipt and if not paid by the 20th, incur a 10% penalty. Charges for both water service and sewer service are normally included in a single bill.
