Tree Watertown and the City of Watertown DPW are requesting volunteers to help with
our annual fall tree planting.

This year, the planting will take place at Marble Street Park and at Hale’s Garage at
1050 and 1067 Marble Street. We will gather at 9:00 AM at the park pavilion there will
be parking at Marble Street Park and on the west and south sides of Hale’s Garage. We
will be planting ~55 mostly native bare-root trees.

Trees and supplies will be purchased with funding through the NYS DEC Community
Forestry Grant.

We will have tools, but feel free to bring your own and a hi-viz vest if you have one. All
ages and levels of experience are welcome and we could use the help!

Refreshments will be provided by the Watertown Sunrise Rotary Club.
