REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, sealed qualification submissions will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following:

Professional Engineering Services

Reservoir Replacement Project for the Water Treatment Plant

Sealed submissions will be received at the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

The award of this qualifications submission is subject to review by City staff and interviews in accordance with Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA) grant through the Revolving Fund. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.

All submissions must be submitted on five (5) complete sets in a sealed envelope plainly marked,

“RFQ: Engineering Consultant Services for Western Outfall Trunk Sewer Inflow and Infiltration Reduction.”
