NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:
Watertown Water Treatment Plant
Water Quality Improvement Project – Tree Clearing
GHD No. 12576729
Sealed bids will be received at the City of Watertown, Purchasing department until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Council Chambers.
The award of this bid is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.

A pre-bid conference will not be held for the Project. If a site visit is desired, contact Aaron Harvill at aharvill@watertown-ny.gov.
The Bid is subject to MBE/WBE participation requirements. MBE/WBE participation requirements shall be in accordance with the NYSEFC goals, which has a combined minimum of 20%.
All bids must be submitted on three (3) complete sets in a sealed envelope plainly marked,
“Bid #2025-24 Watertown WTP Water Quality Improvement Project – Tree Clearing.”
