NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, sealed proposals will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:

HYDROELECTRIC PLANT – CONSULTATION SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department, Suite 206, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

The award of this proposal is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
