NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:
Process Chemicals – Dry Polymer - Pollution Control Facility
11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Process Chemicals – Phosphorus Coagulation - Ferric Chloride - Pollution Control Facility
11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Disinfection Chemicals - Pollution Control Facility
12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Bid opening will take place at the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department, at which time and place each bid will be publicly opened and read.
The award of this bid is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
