NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New
York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:
Public Square Fountain Restoration Project
Sealed bids will be received at the City of Watertown, Purchasing department until 9:00 a.m. on Thursday April 4, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
The award of this bid is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of
Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in
the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
This project is funded by the New York State Department of State. The State has established a goal for MWME participation of 30% Minority and Women-Owned Businesses combined, with at least 15% MBE and 15% WBE. Selected vendor will be required to submit an MWBE Utilization Plan or be deemed non-responsive.
