Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New
York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:
2022 FIRE STATIONS UPGRADES TO STATIONS 1, 2, AND 3 PROJECT
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the City of Watertown, Council Chambers at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
The award of this contract is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.

Late bids will not be accepted.
