Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New

York, sealed proposals will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:

LEGAL SERVICES / CITY ATTORNEY

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the
City of Watertown, Purchasing Department.

The award of this RFP is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of
Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, deemed not to be in
the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
