Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New

York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:

WWTP LIFT STATION SYSTEMS UPGRADE PROJECT

SEALED BIDS FOR THE WWTP LIFT STATION SYSTEMS UPGRADE PROJECT in Watertown, New York, will be received at City Hall, 245 Washington Street, Office of the Purchasing Manager, Room 302, Watertown, New York, 13601, until 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The award of this bid is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
