Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:
GRANT ST, HENRY ST, SEWARD ST STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
SEALED BIDS FOR THE Grant St, Seward St, Henry St Street Reconstruction Project in Watertown, New York, will be received at City Hall, 245 Washington Street, Office of the Purchasing Manager, Room 302, Watertown, New York, 13601, until 2:00 PM on Monday, March 20, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference will be held at City Hall, 245 Washington Street Council Chambers, Watertown, NY 13601 at 11:00am on Thursday, March 2nd. Self-guided site visits are available without appointment.
This project is partially funded using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development financial assistance through the Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of
1968 (12 U.S.C. 1701u and 24 CFR Part 75).
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked, “Bid #2023-02: GRANT ST, HENRY ST, SEWARD ST STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT.”
