Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New

York, sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:

Burlington St. Reconstruction Design Services

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the

City of Watertown, Purchasing Department at which time and place they will be publicly

opened.

The award of this proposal is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked,

“RFP #2023-06:  BURLINGTON ST. RECONSTRUCTION DESIGN SERVICES”
