Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 and 104-b of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, sealed proposals will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications:

MOBILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES - CITY

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, the City of Watertown, Council Chambers at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

Qualified contractors must provide Mobility Management Services to serve people, transportation providers and human service agencies through coordination, service analysis, program development and the promotion of effective, collaborative solutions to meet the transportation needs of all residents of the City of Watertown and the greater Watertown Urbanized area.  

The award of this proposal is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown.
