LEGAL NOTICE

            The City of Watertown, NY is seeking SEALED bids from qualified bidders for the purchase and delivery of miscellaneous Water Main Small Fittings for use in the City of Watertown’s Water, Engineering and Public Works Departments, per City specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read in the main lobby at City Hall.

            All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:

“Bid 2022-21 – Water Main Small Fittings Bid”

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids.  No late bids will be accepted.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
