LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Watertown, NY is seeking Proposals for the Insurance Broker for City of Watertown as per City specifications. All Proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., local time, at which time all proposals received will be opened.

            All proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:

“RFP 2022-01 – Insurance Broker for City of Watertown”

 For further information contact the City Purchasing Department at the above address or call (315) 785-7749 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4 P.M. EDST. A site visit of the project is recommended. 

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids.  No late bids will be accepted.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
