LEGAL NOTICE

            The City of Watertown, NY is seeking SEALED bids from qualified bidders for the CDBG Thompson Park ADA Ramps Repair Project.  This project consists of repairing 14 City sidewalk ADA ramps in Thompson Park, per City specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read in the main lobby at City Hall.

            All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:

“Bid 2022-18 – CDBG Thompson Park ADA Ramps Repair Project”

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids.  No late bids will be accepted.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
