LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Watertown, NY is seeking sealed bids for the Ready Mix Concrete Products as per City specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office in City Hall, located at 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY, Suite 302, no later than Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read in the main lobby at the above-mentioned address.

            All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:

“2022-12 – Ready Mix Concrete Bid”

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids.  No late bids will be accepted.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
