Mayor Jeffrey M. Smith, along with the City Council Members, are proud to raise the Flag of Ukraine in solidarity and support of the people of Ukraine. 

Joining Mayor Smith will be Julia Alteri, a native of Ukraine, who will provide remarks on the current situation.
