The City of Watertown, NY is seeking SEALED proposals from qualified tree removal services to conduct tree removal in the street rights of way (ROW) and other City owned lands as directed by City staff and as per City specifications. All proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Friday, February 4, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read in the main lobby at City Hall.
All proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:
“RFP# 2022-02 – Tree Removal Project”

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids. No late bids will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
