The City of Watertown, NY is seeking sealed bids for the Water Treatment Plant for the Process Chemical – Aluminum Sulfate per City specifications. All Proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 11:00 am .  Each bid received will be opened and publicly read in the main lobby at City Hall.

            All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:

“2021-28 - Process Chemicals – Water Treatment Plant”
