The Human Resources Department is comprised of the Human Resource Manager and the Benefits Administrator.

New option for retirees to pay health premiums

Effective April 1, 2021, retirees can make a payment towards their monthly health insurance premiums through the City's on-line bill pay program, Xpress-pay.

Depending on your method of payment, a processing fee will be charged.

Debit / Credit     ..........     2.85% of amount paying + $ .28 (per transaction)

eCheck              ..........     $ 2.50 per transaction
