The City of Watertown offers a generous benefits package to its eligible employees. This office provides assistance to employees/retirees with enrollment, plan changes and claim issues. Other responsibilities include:
New option for retirees to pay health premiums
Beginning April 1, 2021, retirees can now use the City’s on-line bill pay program , Xpress-pay, to make a payment towards their monthly health insurance premiums.
Depending on your method of payment, a processing fee will be charged.
Debit / Credit .......... 2.85% of amount paying + $ .28 (per transaction)
eCheck .......... $ 2.50 per transaction
