The City requires all employees and members of it's boards and commissions to annually certify that they have completed the City’s sexual harassment and workplace violence training programs.

If you have taken and completed this training with your current employer

You may fill out the certification on page one here: Training Acknowledgment.pdf scan or take a photo of the signed form and return to assessment@watertown-ny.gov  

If you have not completed this training elsewhere

Take the quiz on page 2 training.pdf ( answer key is on page 3 for your review) scan or take pictures of your completed quiz and the acknowledgement on page 4 and return to  assessment@watertown-ny.gov.
