ACH Enrollment Plan
The City of Watertown now offers an ACH Direct Debit Payment Plan for its Trash Tote bills.

This program is a convenient, free and easy program that will allow the City to electronically deduct the amount of the trash tote bill from customers' bank accounts on the due date. The program will save customers time and money due to writing and mailing fewer checks as well as help them avoid tote pickup-up due to past due payment (pending adequate bank balances) regardless if they are on vacation or have moved to a warmer climate for the winter.

To enroll, either you must complete the enrollment form which may be obtained at the DPW Department, or online:Download and view FAQ & Printable Enrollment Form

You will need to complete the form and mail it in with along with any necessary documents (see ACH FAQ)
