The City of Watertown strives to be a business friendly community.  The Bureau of Code Enforcement can assist businesses with permits or forms.

The  Planning Department  can assist businesses with zoning and planning questions.  The City does have an Empire Zone that allows businesses a variety of cost reductions for investment in the zone as well as increased employment.
