The Fairgrounds' sixty-seven acres are the major recreational facility of Watertown. The Fairgrounds has top notch accessories which include:

  • a lighted professional baseball field with grandstand seating, press box and scoreboard 
  • 3 softball fields, 2 of which are lighted
  • 2 horse rings
  • 5 multipurpose field, 2 of which are lighted
  • lighted basketball court
  • RV sites
  • a picnic area with a playground

The Fairgrounds is the City's busiest year round facility with over 150,000 people attending events or using the facilities. The Fairgrounds is the major regional recreation facility in Watertown.
