We strive to keep you informed of what's happening in our city. There are many ways for you to view events.
The Default View is with all of your calendars selected.
  • To view the available calendars, click Select Calendars. Put a check beside the calendars that you want to view and click View Selected Calendars and you will only see the items in the calendars you checked.
  • To View by Month click on the "<<" or ">>" buttons on the Monthly Calendar.
  • You can also enter a specific date to see the events for that day.
  • You still have the option of viewing a printable month and week’s calendar with your selection of calendars on it.

The event will begin at 5:15 pm with performances from local choral groups. 

At 6:00 pm, the Mayor will lead the countdown and will turn on the City’s Christmas tree light and music display.  The music and light display features thousands of LED lights that are synchronized to a variety of different holiday songs. 

The music and light display will run every 30 minutes each night from 4:30 pm until 10:00 pm and will be on from November 30, 2012 through January 2, 2013.

 Also, starting at 5:15 p.m. and lasting through 6:30 p.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus will be greeting children in the Public Square Gazebo.

During the event, hot cocoa and hot coffee will be served free of charge courtesy of the Downtown Business Association.
